Assembly Directions:
1. Using provided measurements mark out hull positions on floor. Position hulls.
4400 cm from centerline to centerline
Position diagonals: distance from port stem to starboard stern = distance from starboard stem to port stern
2. Insert bulkhead no. 4. Aft side fits against vertical cut out
3. Slide belly pan no. 1 into place. Pan no. 2 fits under bulkhead no. 4 up against vertical. Leave out pan no. 2 for access into hulls.
4. Insert bulkhead no. 3. It fits into notches cut into belly pan no. 1.
5. Place soles port and starboard.
6. Trim bulkhead no. 2 to desired height and then fit.
7. Insert front bunks.
8. Position bow decks and house sides on hulls. They fit flush and lock into bulkhead no. 4.
9. Place aft bunks.
10. Place aft bunk tops.
11. Cut access holes.
12. Begin fiberglass work.
